Inclusive Leadership Programme
Why
No one is really comfortable being uncomfortable but sometimes it is required to create change. When it comes to topics about race, equity, diversity and inclusion this programme provides a safe, brave and accountable space which gives everyone the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow in confidence.
How
Two day or Half Day Workshops (virtual or in person)
What
A series of important topics are explored through self-reflection and journaling, paired and group discussions and case study exercises.
What are micro-aggressions and how they can hold marginalised and racialised people back in their careers
How participants can best show up as inclusive leaders for colleagues and communities and break the micro-aggression cycle
How participants can work in ways that are actively anti-racist
Understanding social privileges and how white privilege manifests in day-to-day activities in the working environment
What barriers to inclusion and diversity might social privileges present
How participants can best show up as allies to colleagues and customers/clients/students/patients/communities from marginalised and racialised groups
How participants can use privilege to create an inclusive culture and great allyship in the workplace
Understanding participants’ role in delivering change in their organisation
